The following pupils were selected to attend the First National Sprint Orienteering Champs held at Pretoria Boys
Under 16 Boys - 2nd Timothy Chambers 24:41

In the afternoon we moved to Hennops Pride to hold the Gauteng Middle Distance Champs. This is held over rough and very technical terrain
Boys under 16 - 1st Place Timothy Chambers 1:43:31
Girls under 16 - 2nd Place Cian Oldknow 1:26:52
Girls under 20 - 2nd Jessica Hemer 51:41


On Sunday we were back at Hennops Pride to compete in the long Distance event. The day before had already taken quite a bit out of the bodies so a number of retirements or withdrawls were noted in all age categories.
