The Representative Council of Learners (RCL) has the following as its functions :
To build student unity by encouraging student involvement in all school activities;
To see to the needs of the students;
To keep students informed about events in the school and its community;
To encourage good relationships between students, educators, non-teaching staff and parents;
To promote a culture of learning within the school;
To support the principal and staff in the performance of their duties;
To assist with the development and implementation of the Code-of-Conduct;
To support the school in fundraising events;
To facilitate cleanliness and order in the school.
